14-day returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it, no questions asked.
How to return a product
Email us at m.haro96@gmail.com with your order number and we'll explain how to send it back.
Please send the product within 14 days of letting us know you want to return it. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Refunds
We'll refund the amount you paid within 14 days of your return request. We may wait until we receive the product, or until you send us proof of shipment, before issuing the refund. The refund goes back to the payment method you used.
You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the product beyond what is needed to check how it works.
Damaged or faulty products
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't work, email us a photo or video and we'll send you a new one or refund you, at no cost to you.
